Isocal Technology Test Shows CONTINEWM® Can Save You Money On Your Energy Bill
Isocal Technology Co., LTD. in Bangkok conducted a test using the CONTINEWM® nets - patented solution installed in wall mounted air conditioning unit. The purpose was to compare the power consumption output for 7 days with and without the use of CONTINEWM®. The result proved significant energy saving and demonstrated the capability of CONTINEWM® technology to improve the energy efficiency of air conditioners.
Isocal Technology Co., LTD
To conduct the test, Isocal Technology Co., LTD. utilized equipment, including a Watt Hour Meter, Digital Clamp Meter, and Thermo Recorder. The test method involved setting the temperature at 22 degrees Celsius and electricity usage was monitored for 7 days without the use of CONTINEWM® nets. After that, the same temperature setting was used with MESHIK installed in wall mounted AC unit, and electricity usage was once more monitored for another 7 days.
Installing CONTINEWM® in Wall Mounted Air Conditioner Unit
The Test Results:
Test Wall Mounted Air Conditioner WITHOUT CONTINEWM® NET
Total power consumption used: 110.3 kWh
Test Wall Mounted Air Conditioner WITH CONTINEWM® NET
Total power consumption used: 83.1 kWh
The results of the tests clearly proved that this technology is effective in reducing power consumption. Over the course of the 7-day test period, the air conditioner's operation with CONTINEWM® used 27.2 kWh less energy than it would without it. This leads to an impressive energy savings of 24.66%.
As the demand for energy-efficient solutions continues to increase, MESHIK technology stands out as a promising innovation in the field of air conditioning, promoting substantial benefits to both consumers and the environment.
Step-by-step on how to install CONTINEWM® in Wall Mounted
1. Open the Air Conditioning unit shell
2. Take out the filter.
Remember how the filter is positioned
3. Cover the filter with Continewm net and cut according to the size of the filter
Cut the CONTINEWM net to fit the filter size. It should cover the filter entirely for maximum efficiency.
4. Put the filter back inside
Make sure the filter is in the same initial position
5. Place the Continewm net above the filter securely
Make sure that the CONTINEWM net is placed all over the filter. It should be placed all the way back for the grid not to block the net.
In some cases, it may be placed below the filter: Then make sure the CONTINEWM net is not in contact with the coil or the evaporator when placing the filter back in.
6. Close the shell
Make sure the shell is securely attached
